"Stress"

"The Grand Experiment" as passed to us from on high by the L. A. Family Court system is as follows: Every Monday and Tuesday the children will be with mom. Then, on Wednesdays and Thursdays they'll be with dad.


Once is Informing, Twice is Nagging?

There comes a time in every child's life when they are actually beginning to reason things out on their own and in a productive way. For them we have the once is informing and twice is nagging stage.

How Much is too Much?

When I was twelve it cost 15 cents to ride a bus or a subway.Today, I have two daughters and times have changed radically. Movies cost at least $4.50 and that's only if they go in the morning...

Will I Ever Be Loved Again?

Why a Man as a Single Parent?

I am of the baby boom generation. In fact, because of my age (I was born in 1952), I think I fall somewhere smack dab in the middle of it. I have lived through and fought for the women's movement in all areas.


"A New Stage has Begun"

I was no longer needed to make sure she remembered to look in the mirror, put on her seat belt.  In short, I was no longer needed. It was a moment of excitement and pride and enormous sadness, too.
